Hello, my name is Dmitry Beloglazov, welcome to my website!
I am an independent musician, composer and sound engineer currently located in Novosibirsk, Russia.
I have a small studio called "NII Zvuka" which in Russian means "Sound research institute" and it's also a wordplay.
In my studio I (passionately) work on my own projects - Seven Lands and Chains of Sanity
as well as record and mix other projects and teach people music.
I have quite a broad range of music skills - I compose, arrange, orchestrate, sing, play various instruments (mostly keyboards and guitars). I played in musicals in a number of local theaters.
I also do various sound engineering: mixing, mastering, synths programming, reamping. If you'd like to get in touch, please use this form.
Chains of Sanity (former "Chains of Delight" or "De-Light") is a melodic metal project I started with my friends in 2005. During the first few years we won multiple local titles and awards in our hometown of Novosibirsk (Russia), but never tried to go professional. In 2012 everybody decided to focus on their personal lives and careers, and "De-Light" effectively became a studio project, changing the name to "Chains of Delight". In 2019 with former members of another Siberian metal band "Flame Effect" I brought this project back to live gigs under the new name "Chains of Sanity". Also in 2019 I released the first album - "Ob Session" - which honors the original name of the band. Take a listen to it right now!
Seven Lands is my solo project primarily focused on (but not limited to) folk rock. It started in 2018 based on my collaboration with Street Fiddlers band who helped me bringing some of my music ideas into life.
